Robots Attending the XFM Featherweight Challenge > We've got around 20 robots taking part in the competition - and there's a ist of the competitors and some information on them so you can get to know the teams a little better below. There's still more teams applying as we speak so we'll add them to this page as they come on-board !

Robot Name	Description
Alpla HOT	The latest class-leading maching from Team Mad, Alpha packs a real punch with its 4mm thick Hardox armour and excellent driving skils from its driver Alan Young. Definitley one to watch !
G3	From David Young of Team Mad, G3 just goes to show that you can't keep an old (or is that young?) hand down. G3 keeps on going and going !
Dizzy Tilly	Dizzy Tilly is a full body spinner robot driven by Shane Lale. Its a machine that's evolved over time and every time it comes to an event it just gets better and better.
Domc	A robot with a powerful spinning disk over 300mm in diameter all built from 8mm thick aluminium plating. XFM Cambridge will be its first outing !
Dragonstrike	From the ever present Team Dragon, Dragonstrike uses a powerfule 'EV Warrior' motor from the US to drive a spinning titanium bar 33cm long.
InX2	Jas Halsey is getting InX2 out of the cupboard and brushing the dust off it to bring it along to XFM. This tiny full body spinner's going to be one to watch, its just 300mm across !
KR3	Kat Rip 3 is a powerful 4wd pushing robot with a hinged scoop to ensure it keeps flat the the floor. Built by the driver of the heavyweight robot 'Pussycat' its also one of our hot picks.
Little Flipper 2	Little Flipper 2 from the 'Big Nipper' team from Robot Wars. This robot packs one of the best flippers in the featherweight class at the moment !
Little Hitter 2	Also from the Big Nipper Team this is a rare featherweight robot as it carries a powerful axe weapon driven by CO² in the same way that TerrorHurtz is on Robot Wars. LH2 is Little Hitter !
Little Spinner HOT	Just when you thought the Big Nipper team couldn't enter any more robots, Little Spinner makes a return to the Featherweight scene. This machine is the two times XFM Champion
Micro Maul	Team Mini Maul's powerful 4WD pushbot will be aiming to make full use of the pit and the Killsaws in its quest for glory !
Vertigo	A brand new robot from Team Mini Maul, Vertigo is the lifting crushing machine from hell !
NoName	Another robot from Team Dragon, its got no name, and we've got no details !
Ploughbot	A veteran machine from the RC Wars team. This tough push-bot complete with an electric lifter always manages to go the distance and is styled on a JCB !
Pushabilatilly	From Team Tilly - home of Dizzy Tilly (so named after 'Tilly' the nickname of Matilda from Robot Wars). A 4WD push bot.
Rampage	Rampage is a local entry from Ely and always performs well with its well controlled driving and lifter. Certainly one of our Hot Picks to do well in this competition.
RoboKits	A pair of 6Kg robots taking on the big 12Kg nasties in the form of our only clusterbot in the competition.
Stiff Breeze	This is a 6WD well built pushing bot - and is a mini copy of the Robot Wars World Champion, Storm II. With that kind of pedegree behind it, we hope it does well !
Scorpion Eviloution	From the Scorpion Team comes the latest in a long line of robots that no-one wants to fight. This machine packs more power in the motor which runs its spinning bar weapon than Hypnodisc did when it first appeared in Robot Wars !
Stingray	XFM runner up at XFM Norwich this machine has come from no-where to suddenly be in the running. Getting all the way through to the final this must be one to watch !
The Shovel	A new featherweight from the Terror Turtle team who have represented Canada in the past in the Robot Wars World Championships.

Tiamat	A final entry from Team Dragon
Venom	One look at this robot and you can't help but recognise it - its a mini Razer (ex Robot Wars World Champions). A beautiful bot to see doing its stuff !
XBotz	A wildcard entry from the manic mind of James Baker, owner of the Robot Wars machine - Wheely Big Cheese.
