The Big XFM FAQ
>
The answers to all your questions about the show and XFM !

> What is XFM/Extreme Fighting Machines ? Extreme Fighting Machines (XFM for short) is the name of a series of shows which bring you the ultimate combat robot experience.  Other shows might just put on a show... a bit of an exhibition.  XFM is about bringing the ultimate audience experience, from our pioneering VIP ticket concept getting you backstage to full AV support.

> How can we be assured your events will go ahead ? > XFM work on a business model of attracting corporate sponsorship in order to safeguard the events we put on.  This means that we are not dependant on ticket sales in order to run an event.  This protects you the public, and the roboteers attending from something such as poor ticket sales affecting the success of an event.  Coupled with affordable pricing for tickets this means you can expect packed events and a fantastic atmosphere.

> Are XFM shows  filmed for TV ? Yes, wherever possible !  XFM's view is that roboteering has a place on our TV screens and part of our mission is to ensure that it gets the coverage it deserves.  With experience TV and Media professionals working as part of the XFM team no-one is better placed to deliver what the TV wants.

> Is XFM anything to do with Robot Wars TM ? No, not at all - Extreme Fighting Machines has nothing to do with  Robot WarsTM.  XFM is not affiliated or otherwise involved in the TV series or live events 'Robot Wars' - but you can rest assured that the teams you're used to seeing on TV will be appearing at XFM events throughout the year !

> So where's the next XFM event  ? You can get a listing of all the latest XFM events on the front page of the website - plus if you visit our 'latest news' section of the site you'll find all the new upcoming events are announced there !

> Are the events just UK orientated ?  Whilst we're arranging events in the UK at present - that doesn't mean they're only for UK teams.  We've had applications from as far afield as the West Cost of the United States in the past so there's no reason our arena shouldn't have teams from all over the world in it !.

> More Questions ? Email us at enquiries@extremefightingmachines.com and we'll not only answer your question, if its one that others could benefit in seeing the answer to, we'll put the question up on this website so that they can see it, and the answer !
